Your first service visit is straightforward and designed to keep your vehicle in top shape. Here's what happens:

**Check-In**
Arrive a few minutes early. Our service advisor will greet you, confirm your appointment, and discuss what you're here for-oil change, tire rotation, warranty work, or an inspection.

**Vehicle Inspection**
We walk around your car, check fluid levels, brakes, tires, and lights. If we notice anything that needs attention, we'll call you with options before proceeding.

**The Work**
Depending on your service, this ranges from 30 minutes (oil change) to a couple of hours (major work). We use genuine OEM parts and our service team knows your vehicle's specs perfectly.

**Updates**
We'll text or call you with progress. If we find something unexpected, we explain it clearly and get your approval before spending extra.

**Completion & Walkthrough**
When your vehicle is ready, we show you the work done, answer questions, and review your invoice so you understand every charge.

**Same-Day Service**
Most routine maintenance is done the same day. Larger repairs may take longer, and we'll let you know upfront.
