## Checking for Recalls

Recalls are issued by manufacturers when a safety defect or compliance issue is discovered. You can check recalls in several ways:
- Visit the NHTSA website (nhtsa.gov) and enter your VIN
- Check your inbox-manufacturers mail recall notices to registered owners
- Call our Service Department at (219) 250-9487; we can look up any open recalls on your vehicle
